Hi, we’re Marialuisa and Blake, the owners of Coastal Cabin!

I’m Marialuisa, a native Floridian, born and raised right here in Clearwater. Long before Coastal Cabin became our family’s beach house, Clearwater Beach was part of my story. I spent my childhood on these sands, watching sunsets at Pier 60, hanging out with friends along the strip, and making the kind of beach memories that stay with you for a lifetime.

We purchased Coastal Cabin in 2022 and have loved bringing our three kids here to enjoy the same beach I grew up on and create traditions and memories of their own.

By day, I own a marketing firm and am an active volunteer at our children’s schools. Blake is a mechanical engineer by trade, but he’s had a deep interest in real estate and renovation since he was young. Together, we’ve poured a lot of love into Coastal Cabin, creating a place that feels comfortable, welcoming, and special for the families and friends who stay here.

We have a passion for hospitality and love helping people make unforgettable memories in beautiful places. We look forward to welcoming you to our Clearwater Beach home and hope Coastal Cabin becomes the backdrop for some of your family’s favorite beach memories, too.
